Any suggestions for a job for my husband?

My husband is currently the store manager of a discount retail store. But he is unhappy in this position. The job pays $40,000/year. He needs to make at least this, preferably more. He has little experience in anything but retail. He has a little experience working with children, as a security guard and in delivery. Any suggestions? We live in the Philadelphia area.
