Anyone else's brother try to act like a lawyer?!?

He argues with me about EVERYTHING. He makes me feel like whatever I say to defend myself is dumb and he has some other secret weapon to pull out! How the heck do I get him to stop making me feel inferior and stop trying to argue everything he can?!?!
